Bug problem and bad service

Honestly, paid $68 for the night, and found a bug chilling on the bed. Management said it flew in when the door was open and totally refused to switch our room or even help us out. Super sketchy experience. We had to deal with cops when we just wanted some decent service. Only good thing was the coffee shop nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located near the base, and we felt safe. The staff was also welcoming and helped us with recommendations for nearby restaurants, which was lovely for our family outing.

In my wife’s opinion, the cleanliness could be improved. A little more attention to detail would enhance the experience for families with children.

The stay at Rodeway Inn At Fort Lee had its ups and downs. The staff welcomed me warmly and helped carry my luggage, making me feel at ease. They offered good recommendations for local spots, which I really appreciated. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy, making it convenient for a restful night after a long day. However, the bathroom fan was extremely noisy, which made it hard to relax during my stay. Although I enjoyed the location, being close to Fort Lee was a plus, the condition of some facilities seemed outdated. Overall, I had a good time, but a few upgrades could really enhance the experience.

Had an awesome time here with a group of friends! We visited the beautiful local parks and checked out some amazing restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly, and the beds were comfy. Just keep in mind, there’s no breakfast provided, so plan accordingly!

We did have a small issue—there was a tiny live roach in the coffee carafe, which was pretty gross. The manager was responsive but it was still an unpleasant surprise.
